About us
Café De Zotte has been a beloved craft beer café in the heart of Amsterdam since the 80s - hidden in the Raamstraat, just around the corner from the bustling Leidseplein and the authentic Jordaan neighbourhood. Originally a typical Belgian beer café, we have expanded our passion for beer with new, experimental flavors and beers from younger breweries. At de Zotte, you will be sure to find a beer to match your taste, served in the matching glasses and accompanied with a good bite.
De Zotte exudes a relaxed and cosy atmosphere, with a nod to the old-fashioned brown pub. Our cozy interior invites you to long conversations, spontaneous tastings or a relaxed dinner. For the gourmets we offer an accessible menu with surprisingly good vegetarian options and Belgian abbey cheeses. Meat lovers will of course also get their money's worth with classics such as burgers and schnitzel.
